Q: Do you offer a warranty on the
Refurbished equipment you sell?
A: Yes. 1 year warranty on Telephones and 2 year
warranty on system parts.
Q: If we decided to accept your
offer for our used (removed from service) Mitel equipment, what
would be the next step.
A: Generally, we would ask that you ship the equipment COD,
via UPS. UPS will collect payment from us, at the time of
delivery, and bring the payment back to you. There are
exceptions, for example; if a cabinet is too large, UPS may not ship
it. In this case, we would arrange for a freight company to
pick up. It's best to give us a call and go over shipping
details, we can usually coordinate the pickup and shipping
activities. We also pay for ground shipping services.
Q: Do you buy other manufacturers
of telecommunications equipment?
A: Currently, our focus is primarily on used/out-of-service
Mitel equipment.
Q: We would like to get an offer
on our used Mitel equipment. What information do you need from
us?
A: We would need an accurate part number inventory - it only
takes a few minutes to retrieve, and without it we can not make an
accurate offer. Part numbers for circuit cards can be
found on their faceplates. The cabinets, phones and voice mail
units also have part numbers attached. It's also important to
provide the color of the phones.
Q: How long does it take to get an
offer?
A: If timeliness is important, email or fax us your part
number inventory, then give us a call - with your inventory in hand,
we can usually give you an offer over the phone.
